TR series Designed for part extraction and stacking operations on thermoforming and packaging lines, this series of Ranger Automation robots uses ultra-high-speed servo drives. With configurations for part stacking on the side of the line, as well as at the end of a line, the robots can be matched with new or existing machinery. A Downstacker option, which employs robots to stack directly under the line onto indexing conveyors, also is available.

What's new? The robots, which are being displayed for the first time at NPE2018.

Benefits Ease of use and cycle times as fast as 3 seconds. Convenient templates make it easy for operators to create stacking patterns to organize product flow, reducing two-thirds of the labor requirements on a line.
