Rotary infrared welding system Designed with multiple heating stations, this new system from Dukane performs many welding steps, including loading/unloading, melting and joining, at one time, rather than in sequence. Using this method, a finished welded assembly is discharged at the same time a new one is being loaded. Water-cooled, contour-milled aluminum shields over the heaters eliminate time that is otherwise wasted while the machine heats up and cools down; the shields also protect the infrared elements.

What's new? The system.

Benefits More efficient assembly of plastic parts. Compared to conventional welding machines, the system provides a much faster way to put together plastic parts.
