AMVT's M32 Q small optical sorter is designed for small processing plants or laboratory work where recycled material is used.

M32 Q Sorter AMVT's small optical sorter is designed for small processing plants or laboratory work where recycled material is used. It uses the same technology and features as AMVT's larger sorting machines, including a high-resolution, full-color RGB camera, advanced imaging technology, LED lighting and high-speed sorting of acceptable and rejected pellets. The Q Sorter uses a new generation field-programmable gate array (FPGA) processor. It has a dual-air supply that can provide stable air pressure when a high rejection rate occurs, and wide, flat chutes to increase throughput.

What's new? The sorter, which was introduced in January.

Benefits Compact size. The sorter's weight and portability make it suited for lab applications or processing locations where space is limited. Artificial intelligence facilitates setup, and the machine's ejectors with optimized timing give low carryover and reduced air consumption.
