These custom floor locks from Payson use applied pressure and friction to immobilize wheeled vehicles, such as material-handling carts and platform trucks.

Pay-Lock These custom floor locks from Payson use applied pressure and friction to immobilize wheeled vehicles, such as material-handling carts and platform trucks, on the floor of a processing facility. When the user steps on the textured steel pedal, the Pay-Lock applies a locking force equal to 200 pounds of pressure against the floor. It can be used on vehicles with casters ranging from 4 inches to 10 inches in diameter and can be released with a single step on the lock-release pedal.

What's new? The locks, which were introduced over the summer.

Benefits Enhanced safety on the shop floor. Wheeled vehicles that aren't locked can easily be bumped by people or equipment such as forklifts, causing them to roll and potentially hurt workers or damage expensive machinery.
