Acrison feeders gain weighing mechanism

BDF Designed for handling dry, solid materials, including both pellets and powders, the weigh feeders in this Acrison series feature two conditioning agitators positioned above a single feed auger that are run at individual but proportional speeds. The feeders can handle hourly feed rates ranging from a few pounds to about 2,000 pounds.

What's new? A new 402X weighing mechanism for handling hard-to-process materials.

Benefits The ability to handle extremely difficult materials, such as sticky powders. The new permanently calibrated weighing mechanism is durable and dependable, and provides accuracy to within 1 percent or better, depending on feeding conditions. The weigh feeder has minimal maintenance needs and a minimum life expectancy of 20 years.
