DX Edgetech's new sensor for measuring relative humidity, dewpoint and frost can be inserted into a dry compressed airline bypass loop. It's used to alert operators to instances in which compressed-air dryers have malfunctioned or failed to meet dry-air specifications for plastics processing. It has a frost and dewpoint measurement range of between minus 40 degrees and 203 degrees Fahrenheit over a wide range of ambient conditions.

What's new? The sensor, which is based on other Edgetech hygrometers.

Benefits Accurate dewpoint measurements. Unlike other chilled-mirror sensors, the DX does not exhibit calibration drift and does not require regular recalibration. Also, it's easy to maintain.
