This new coordinate measuring machine (CMM) from Werth uses computed tomography to measure 3-D parts.

TomoScope XS This new coordinate measuring machine (CMM) from Werth uses computed tomography to measure 3-D parts, including plastic, metal and multi-material components. It reconstructs the workpiece volume in parallel with capturing the images, allowing the system to be used for production monitoring.

What's new? The compact size and monobloc design that combines the X-ray source, voltage generator and vacuum pump into a single unit.

Benefits Rapid measurements at high resolutions, due to the design of the transmission tube, which allows for a small focal point even at high X-ray powers. The TomoScope XS also offers space savings, low maintenance and a long service life.
