RSX actuator Tolomatic's newest electric linear rod actuator is designed to replace hydraulic cylinders in equipment such as injection molding machines. Designed and tested for 100 percent duty cycle, the RSX line is compatible with servo motors and gearboxes with frame sizes up to 215mm and is capable of generating as much as 133.5 kilonewtons (kN) of thrust; future models will be capable of up to 222.5 kN.

What's new? The RSX line, which was introduced in November.

Benefits Heavy-duty construction and long service life. RSX extreme-force actuators are roller-screw-driven and made from Type III hardcoat anodized aluminum or zinc-plated steel, and are rated IP65 for their ability to resist dust, water and corrosion. Actuators with an upgraded safety rating of IP67 are also available as an option, and all actuators in the line feature an internal anti-rotate mechanism throughout the entire stroke.
