Servo Weld Plus This all-electric spin welder from Dukane uses two servomotors to provide precise welding control and is suited for assembling a wide variety of plastic parts with circular weld joints, including automotive and consumer products. It has a high-resolution touch-screen interface with intuitive menu, can store weld cycle data and up to 64 set-up recipes, and offers password protection and multiple menu languages. The welder is configurable for manual or automated operation and features built-in support for fixture clamps and part-presence sensors.  

What's new? The welder, which was introduced at the end of 2016, and numerous features that are new to Dukane's product line, including the latest servo controls and HMI. A convenient USB port allows users to import and export setups and other data. The Servo Weld Plus also has built-in capability for controlling clamps, sensors and light curtains, which can eliminate the need for an external HMI and PLC, making semi-automated work cells more cost-effective.

Benefits Accurate and consistent welds. Using the latest servo control technology, instead of pneumatic controls, allows for highly accurate positioning of the welder's spin tool and weld heights that are consistent within 0.01mm.
