CM Tornado 360° Operators can rotate this new ratchet lever hoist from Columbus McKinnon 360 degrees by using its fold-out, revolving lever handle. Available in 1,500-pound and 3,000-pound capacities, the hoist is guaranteed for life and meets the ASME B30.21 standard for manually operated hoists. A directional indicator on the handle shows whether the hoist is lifting, lowering or neutral, and its brake allows for precise load positioning. The lightweight aluminum housing and powder-coated finish make it suitable for harsh environments.

What's new? The hoist, which the company introduced late last year.

Benefits Ergonomic design. The hoist's double-reduction gearing and high-quality bearings decrease pull force by as much as 30 percent, which minimizes operator fatigue. The design reduces repetitive wrist action typical with traditional lever hoists, and the grooved handle provides a secure grip.
