OM-DAQXL Omega's portable, hand-held data logger measures both temperature and pressure and is ideally suited for injection molders and extruders. It offers either eight or 16 analog channel inputs, provides 1 gigabyte (GB) of internal memory and room for a 32 GB Secure Digital, or SD, card or USB drive, and has a 7-inch color touch-screen display. Prices start at $1,495.

What's new? The unit, which was introduced in November.

Benefits Flexibility, portability and durability. All inputs are programmable, and the unit, which weighs only 2.5 pounds, can be wall-mounted or operated on a bench using a tilt stand. To ensure a long service life, it comes with a protective rubber boot and a rigid carrying case.
