FlexMAX series flexible screw conveyors Erie's flexible screw conveyors can move materials, including powders, flake and pellets, at a rate of 450 cubic feet per hour. The line has models with screw casing diameters of 3, 4, 5 and 6 inches; discharge heights depend on the application. Optional accessories include agitator assemblies, aeration pads and electric and pneumatic vibrators to facilitate the movement of extremely difficult-to-handle powders, including resins and powder additives. Complete fixed or variable-speed control panel packages are available, as is interfacing level-sensor control.
What's new? A mobile version of the conveyors. Featuring an easy-to-maneuver wheeled frame, each of the mobile conveyors has a feed hopper, flexible screw, discharge head and controller. Frames for the mobile units can be constructed of stainless steel or epoxy-painted carbon steel.
