Orenda pulverizers feature air system to create powdered resin

This pulverizer series, designed to create powdered resin for rotomolding, uses air for mill-disc and material cooling.

AF H1D 350 and AF H1D 350+ Orenda's AirForce pulverizer series, which is designed to create powdered resin for rotomolding, uses air for mill-disc and material cooling. It has been expanded with two new models: the AF H1D 350 with hourly throughputs ranging from about 450 to 550 pounds, and the AF H1D 350+, shown, with throughputs of 800 to 900 pounds.

What's new? The models, which provide customers with more options for small-throughput pulverizers within the AirForce series.

Benefits Energy conservation and flexibility. With their AirForce technology, Orenda's pulverizers can handle more material than water-cooled pulverizing systems using similar-size motors. Also, the technology allows the equipment to process a variety of materials including PP, ABS and TPE.
