OptiX The gravimetric blenders in TSM's new series are capable of numerous functions, including material loading, dosing, weighing and mixing. They feature a cloud-enabled system that manages alarms, monitors material usage and produces comprehensive reports on operations. Using special algorithms, the blenders can control the speed of extruder screws or haul-off winders; they also have a special feature to allow all materials from one recipe to be drained, so that a new recipe can be loaded. The blenders come in four sizes, with throughputs ranging from 220 pounds per hour to 1,760 pounds per hour. In the U.S., TSM is represented by the TSM office in Georgia and L-R Systems in Illinois.
