Gneuss has upgraded its SFXmagnus line of fully automatic screen changers, available with or without an integrated back-flushing piston.

SFXmagnus Gneuss has upgraded its SFXmagnus line of fully automatic screen changers, which are available with or without an integrated back-flushing piston, depending on process requirements. Units in the line are compact, yet feature an extra-large screen surface area. Short flow channels mean that melt dwell times are brief.

What's new? Numerous recent upgrades. The screen changer housings have been modified to permit higher-pressure operation, as well as larger active filtration areas. Gneuss also has standardized various components and modules used in the SFXmagnus and other screen changers in its portfolio to shorten delivery lead times.

Benefits More applications. Design improvements make the SFXmagnus better suited for sensitive materials and high-pressure applications.
