Vacuum-loading system for conveying pellets and regrind uses low-profile receivers that protrude only 200mm above the lid of a blender.

LoPro Maguire's new vacuum-loading system for conveying pellets and regrind uses low-profile receivers that protrude only 200mm above the lid of a blender. They have a conveying capacity of 1,300 pounds per hour over 12 feet, or 1,000 pounds per hour over 20 feet.

What's new? The system.

Benefits Ease of use and reduced sway. The plug-and-play LoPro receivers require no central control, and feature a removable module designed for easy maintenance. Also, because they are 80 percent shorter than traditional material loaders and feeders, they have a low center of gravity and vibrate less on fast-cycling processing machines. They have a wide discharge flap, so the act of dumping materials takes only 1 to 2 seconds per cycle.
