FilmPro NDC Technologies' new infrared thickness gauge can measure clear, tinted, pigmented and pearlescent products with multilayer discrimination.

What's new? The modular sensor, featuring a new optical engine, and Fringe Suppression Optics module.

Benefits Greater accuracy. With its Fringe Suppression system, the device performs well, even when encountering film thickness changes and scanner misalignment. It can measure layers of barrier materials, such as nylon, ethylene vinyl alcohol and polyvinylidene chloride, at the same time as it measures other polymers, such as PE or PP.
