DeDuster C-50 This machine-mounted dust separator from Conair Group is made of stainless steel, weighs only 20 pounds, and eliminates dust, angel hair and streamers from resin pellets. It features a servo-driven agitator that regulates flow and eliminates material bridging. The separator uses an ionized air stream to break the electrostatic bond between dust and pellets. A second air stream passes through a venturi tube to create a vacuum that draws the contaminants away from the pellets, which fall into the processing machine. The DeDuster C-50 can be used with injection molding machines, extruders and hoppers for loading and drying.

What's new? The deduster, a first for the company.

Benefits Simple operation via an on/off switch and a fast return on investment — as little as a month, due to reduced scrap levels. Also, the compact unit requires only 9.5 inches of space above the machine's feedthroat for mounting.
