EK9160 Beckhoff's new Internet-of-Things (IoT) bus coupler establishes a direct connection to the cloud without any special program. In conjunction with Beckhoff's EtherCat I/O terminals, the plug-and-play EK9160 can be used to transmit a wide range of machine and building data to the cloud, including parameters such as pressure, temperature, vibration and energy consumption.
