BinMaster's sensor uses radar to measure the level of plastic pellets, powders or flakes in various types of vessels.

NCR-80 BinMaster's latest noncontact sensor uses radar to measure the level of plastic pellets, powders or flakes in various types of vessels and in equipment such as crushers or hoppers. Because of its narrow radar beam and 393-foot measurement range, it is especially useful for tall, narrow silos and is also appropriate for challenging applications with interference, excessive dust or high temperatures. The narrow beam can be precisely aimed to avoid the material's flow stream, the vessel's internal structure and buildup on the walls. The sensor's housing options are plastic, stainless steel and aluminum.

What's new? The product, which BinMaster introduced in June.

Benefits Reliable performance and low maintenance. The NCR-80 is resistant to interference and automatically eliminates false echoes for accurate performance. The sensor's sealed antenna system resists damage and dust buildup, making it nearly maintenance-free.
