Portable Pumping System with Static Mixer Charles Ross' new machine is suited for inline applications that require continuous mixing of liquid components into a fluid stream, such as injecting a catalyst into liquid resin. It can handle both laminar and turbulent flow applications. Units can be customized to meet particular needs. The mobile skid pictured includes a variable-frequency drive for the feed pump, inlet and outlet pressure transmitters, 4-inch color touch screen and a vortex enclosure cooler.

What's new? The pumping system, which has been on the market about two months.

Benefits Homogenous blending within one pass. The mixer performs well even when pumping materials of varying viscosities and densities.
