Wall Thickness System (WTS) GP Resources' new system for plastic bottles and containers can be installed on an existing conveyor downstream of a blow molding machine to inspect all bottles produced.
What's new? The system, which was released in May.
Benefits One-hundred-percent inspection of bottles. The noncontact, optical system enables measurement of bottle walls independently on two sides, displaying results instantly on a trend chart. The system can be configured to work with factories' warning light systems, so operators can see at a glance when parts are being produced outside tolerances.
