RC-300 Rollstock has upgraded its rotary chamber machine, which is used for sealing plastic shrink bags that hold food, consumer goods and medical and pharmaceutical products. Capable of making single, double or custom seals, it can handle sealing widths up to 24 inches. It features a microprocessor control with 10-inch touch screen.

What's new? Numerous recent upgrades, including a stronger, modular stainless steel frame, faster operation and a new pusher that transfers the finished product from the machine to the exit conveyor. The machine typically seals 38 packages per minute, with rates up to 42 per minute in some applications.

Benefits The ability to seal very thick bags, even when folds or wrinkles are present, due to the machine's patented constant-temperature sealing system.
