UC 36 G2 Unicor's latest small corrugator for pipe can achieve production speeds of up to about 197 feet per minute. The basic version of the machine is equipped with 50 pairs of mold blocks, which shape the grooves and lands of corrugated pipe. This can be expanded to 65 or 80 pairs to increase production capacity. Using 80 pairs of mold blocks, the UC 36 can reach production outputs of about 550 pounds per hour for PVC corrugated pipe. In addition, an optional vacuum can also enhance pipe production.
