CAMD series micro dryers Dri-Air has expanded the possibilities for its line of Micro Dryers with the addition of even smaller-capacity hoppers that can be mounted on small extruders, micromolding machines and 3-D printers. The dryers provide a continuous stream of low dew point air and are available for compressed air or nitrogen drying.

What's new? New medical-grade, small-capacity stainless steel hoppers. In addition to a 3-pound hopper that was previously available, Dri-Air has added 12-ounce and 32-ounce hoppers.

Benefits Availability of hoppers specially designed for handling medical-grade and other expensive engineered resins. The hoppers have attached heaters that ensure precise temperature control from 80 degrees Fahrenheit to 400 degrees. The hoppers, which require no cooling water or high-temperature process hoses, allow processing without concern about moisture reabsorption.
