Zahoransky's new mobile take-out unit can automatically extract parts from injection molding machines or place inserts on the infeed of the mold.

Z.Siroc Zahoransky's new mobile take-out unit can automatically extract parts from injection molding machines or place inserts on the infeed of the mold. The standardized unit, including its safety housing, can be moved and adapted to any appropriately equipped injection molding machine. Z.Siroc is available in vertical and overhead versions that have a six-axis robot by Kuka, and in a side-load version with a linear robot. It is compatible with various brands of injection molding machines with clamping forces of 56-225 tons.

What's new? Availability in the U.S. Zahoransky has been testing the product in Europe and exhibited it at Fakuma in October.

Benefits Portability and flexibility. While most take-out units are fixed at the clamping plates of the machine, Z.Siroc can be moved easily with a hand lift truck. Use of the units is limited only by the available space around the press.
