MPL100 II Yaskawa's five-axis robot is designed for palletizing, layer forming, pallet handling, order picking and logistical tasks at the end of the production line. The robot's vertical reach of more than 10 feet allows it to build 8.5-foot-tall loads on standard 48-inch-by-40-inch pallets. The robot's horizontal reach is about 7 feet, and it has a payload of about 220 pounds with cabling flange, or 254 pounds without cabling flange. It is available with the PalletSolver option, Yaskawa's operator-friendly software for creation of palletizing patterns.

What's new? The robot, which Yaskawa introduced last year.

Benefits Versatility, reliability and high performance for maximum productivity. Internally routed air lines and wiring through all robot axes provide maximum system reliability. The robot is capable of repeatability of plus or minus 0.2mm and is highly customizable.
