One Wire 6 Moretto's new management system for vacuum conveying can handle up to 80 inputs, such as receivers, suction units and manual and automatic manifold units. For use only with Moretto conveying systems, One Wire 6 features a color touch-screen interface and a configurable program for preventive maintenance.
What's new? Automatic adapting. Unlike with conventional systems, operators do not need to set the parameters related to pipe-cleaning and suction time. The system recognizes new conditions, such as changes to materials or plant layout, and automatically adapts, recalculating transport times.
