It can handle as many as four ingredients, blending together two main components before additives are dosed gravimetrically in-line. An 8-inch touch-screen interface with a simple operating menu and full recipe functionality is included with the MCHybrid. Movacolor lists three sales representatives in the United States on its website, including Romax Inc.

Benefits Easy cleanout, accurate, precise dosing and large throughput relative to the unit's size. By combining blending and dosing functions, Movacolor says the unit gives users control over any quantity of the main materials and precise dosing, even at very small percentages. The unit, which works with granules, regrinds, powders and liquids, has a maximum capacity of about 770 pounds an hour.
