Eureka Plus Moretto SpA has enhanced its Eureka drying system, which now is called Eureka Plus and consists of four proprietary elements: the Original Thermal Exchanger (OTX), the X Max modular dryer, the Flowmatik auto-adaptive air manager for air distribution and the moisture meter. The system is appropriate for injection molding, extrusion and any other plastics process that requires control of the moisture in the resin.
What's new? The moisture meter component, which measures and controls moisture levels. It determines how much moisture needs to be removed, and continuously communicates that information to the dryer, enabling precise drying.
