Alvey 890i and 891i Intelligrated has added two models to its Alvey 890 series of palletizers. The 890i has a throughput of 45 cases per minute, while the 891i can handle more than 60 cases per minute. Optional servo technology is available to increase capacity or aid automatic changeovers. Each system is backed by the Intelligrated Lifecycle Support Services, which include upgrades, training and maintenance programs and technical support.
What's new? Safety and maintenance features. Safety enhancements include remote power disconnect, interlocked access gates, taller safety fences and voltage arc flash protection. Covers and guards are easy to handle and remove for system maintenance.
