SGS-L10 To meet demand for pelletizers to process small- and medium-sized lots, Reduction Engineering Scheer has introduced the SGS-L10, based on the SGS-L series, which has a working width of about 39 inches. The new model is available in working widths from 4 inches to 16 inches.

What's new? The series and sizes, which debuted at Fakuma. They feature a completely redesigned strand path.

Benefits Greater efficiency, fewer fines when cutting brittle material, less noise and easy and ergonomic access for cleaning and maintenance. Reduction Engineering says the machines are user-friendly, and that all of the components inside the cutting chambers can be quickly disassembled — most without special tools. With a throughput of up to about 4 tons an hour, they offer sizes for smaller-capacity processors.
