Dynisco's mercury-free Vertex line of melt-pressure sensors for extrusion are designed to work with universal pressure indicators and feature a direct measurement tip with a robust diaphragm.

Vertex melt-pressure sensors Dynisco's mercury-free Vertex line of melt-pressure sensors for extrusion are designed to work with universal pressure indicators and feature a direct measurement tip with a robust diaphragm.

What's new? Approval for use in hazardous environments. The sensors meet European Union regulations governing products used in potentially explosive environments. Also, the all-welded design is impervious to water. The turndown option allows the sensors to be used safely in applications where pressure may spike, without damage to the sensors.

Benefits Environmentally safe disposal. With no mercury, oil or other potentially hazardous materials, the sensors also are designed to have a long life, reducing their impact on the waste stream and the budget.
