Ultrasonic's newest ultrasonic cleaners feature an agitation table, dual filtration and front and back transducers.

Ultra 2400FA/3200FA Ultrasonic's newest ultrasonic cleaners feature an agitation table, dual filtration and front and back transducers. They clean using sound waves, which can penetrate holes, cracks and recesses in any number of materials, including plastic and metal machine parts. The units come in two sizes, and offer separate cleaning tanks and smaller, weir tanks, where dirt and debris are filtered and held. The cleaning tanks measure 25 by 14 by 17 inches for the 2400FA and 33 by 24 by 17 inches for the 3200FA. The cleaning tank for the 2400FA has a 24-gallon capacity, while the cleaning tank for the 3200FA holds 55 gallons.

What's new? The design of the tank, which allows parts to be agitated and oscillated.

Benefits Thorough, environmentally friendly cleaning, with lower costs for labor. The cleaners offer one-touch operation and include timers that can be set for automatic on/off cycles. The cleaners' transducers clean both sides of an object at once, while the agitation table allows parts to be rotated and moved for even cleaning of all surfaces.
