PreWatcher III The latest vision inspection system from Intravis can perform quality control on up to 72,000 preforms per hour. PreWatcher III features three cameras to monitor the thread, three cameras to inspect the body and two cameras for the top sealing surface and gate area. The product features 360 degree inspection of the neck finish for contamination and cavity number reading. Designed for inline use, the machine can be installed behind an injection molding machine or before a stretch blow molding machine.
