Hybrid PPS0145 New ultrasonic film-sealing technology from Rinco Ultrasonics is designed for flexible pouch packaging. The hybrid seal geometry creates hermetic seals.
What's new? The combination of technologies. The technology incorporates all the benefits of Rinco's original PPS0145 film-sealing technology, but reduces the amount of force and time required to form the cosmetic portion of the seal by decreasing the amount of interlock geometry designed into the tool. This allows for faster cycle times.
Benefits Better-looking seals and the elimination of extra equipment. Follow-up heat sealing is eliminated, as is the need for cooling stations, resulting in a smaller equipment footprint.
