GST series Tailored for in-house recycling of blow molded parts, Zerma's new series of soundproofed granulators offers an aggressive tangential infeed and a compact, rigid design. Replaceable wear plates are standard on the granulators, which also feature exterior knife adjustment and are available in two rotor diameters, 250mm and 400mm, with widths from 300mm to 1,000mm. The smaller units feature an open F-type rotor, while the bigger machines feature a heavier S rotor.
What's new? The cutting chamber, which features a curved rear wall. The design draws the product into the lower bed knife, where the cutting action traps the item between the rotor knife and bed knife.
