CFH high pressure rotary feeder This Zeppelin Systems feeder for the discharge of plastic pellets and powders from silos replaces the company's discontinued high pressure HDS model. The CFH also can be used as a feeding device in pneumatic dilute phase conveying systems with differential pressure up to 3.5 bar (g).
What's new? Throughput up to 700 cubic meters (24,720 cubic feet) per hour at a 100 percent filling rate in accordance with European ATEX (explosive atmosphere) regulations. The company also has added two new large rotor diameters of 750mm and 850mm (29.5 and 33.5 inches). The completely closed chain guard has been converted from aluminum to plastic.
Benefits Increased capacity, with higher speed and feeding rates and larger rotor sizes. Also available are several different housing materials and special versions, such as those needed for quick cleaning or reduced rotor volume.
