Asaclean PX2 Sun Plastech Inc. has extended its Asaclean purging compound line for injection molding machines and extruders with the PX2 high-temperature grade. PX2 has a service-temperature range of 535 degrees to 790 degrees Fahrenheit.
What's new? This glass-filled grade is suited for purging super-engineered resins such as PEEK, polyphenylene sulfide, polyetherimide and liquid crystal polymer.
Benefits Low smoke and odor. PX2 reduces the smoke that commonly occurs when purging high-temperature resins without compromising cleaning power.
