Ekuma 700 Super Cleaner From MAS-America, this Ekuma 700 cleans extrusion dies, filter components and other parts fast and economically. It works with all thermoplastics and mixed plastics.
What's new? Ekuma 700 makes its North American debut at NPE. The cleaning is done at a working temperature of 752 degrees to 842 degrees Fahrenheit, with a vacuum of about minus 0.4 bar, in two to four hours, depending on part size. It uses no cleaning agents and there's no combustion in the vacuum during cleaning. Components are protected from local overheating, annealing and mechanical damage.
