Asaclean PF grade  This new Asaclean high-temperature, non-glass-filled grade purging compound from Sun Plastech was developed for purging "super-engineering" resins from injection molding and extrusion machines.

What's new?  It's the first high-temperature grade from Asaclean for cleaning hot runners. With high thermal stability, PF can also be used as a sealing material during machine shutdown within temperature ranges of 535 degrees and 700 degrees Fahrenheit.

Benefits  Faster, more efficient cleaning of  engineering resins like polyphenylene sulfide and polyethylenimine. PF also prevents barrel contamination when used as shutdown sealant, resulting in fewer rejects at machine startup. Overall, PF helps reduce machine down time and wasting of expensive resins.
