WHAT'S NEW? A four-axis gauge features ultra-fast measurements at 2,400 scans per second per axis, for a total of 9,600 measurements per second. AccuScan 6012 can be set up as an off-line part measurement system to check samples and track, manage and analyze product data, eliminating the need to set up two dual-axis gauges.
BENEFITS Higher flaw-detection accuracy — a 25 percent improvement over three-axis gauges, for early, accurate detection of product flaws such as lumps, less scrap, greater product quality and cost savings. Ovality accuracy is as much as 100 percent when aligned with the measurement axes.
