In-line weighing system:  This weighing system was developed by AGS Automation in cooperation with Süddeutsches Kunststoff-Zentrum, a German testing and quality assurance company for the plastics industry. Using target-performance comparison, the system tracks down, for example, torn-off screw bosses or missing inserts accurately.

BENEFITS  Defects are detected quickly, increasing efficiencies. A warning system informs the user of the defect and the user is able to troubleshoot and remove the part very quickly.
