    ST3 ROBOT  Offered in medium load (ST3-MT) and large load (ST3-LT), this three-axis robot from Shini Plastics Technologies is designed for two-plate molds or hot runner systems and includes both a standard and telescopic arm featuring a magnesium alloy kick beam.

    WHAT'S NEW?  The magnesium alloy kick beam, which allows for lightweight, highly rigid construction.

    BENEFITS  The construction permits a smaller downward stroke and creates less force on the robot and increases robot stability and speed. A timing belt with pivoting supports increases the balance and extends the load capacity of the robot. An optional Servo B-axis and/or optional Servo C-axis controls complex movements such as embedding and stacking.
