TF SERIES GRINDERS This series of grinders from TRIA America is specifically for in-line thermoforming scrap recovery for just about every polymer type. The grinders can handle production waste including skeletal scrap, full sheets up to 48 inches wide, and sheets with cups and lids up to 4 inches in height.
WHAT'S NEW? The series was introduced at K Show in 2013 but NPE will be the first time it is shown in the United States. It includes six machines with varying feed opening lengths and rotor sizes with output ranges of 400 to 2,000 pounds per hour.
BENEFITS Great flexibility and further noise level reduction; reduced footprint and a choice of sheet infeed devices so that the grinders can be adapted to all thermoforming lines.
