LR-19 Sensor This contactless, compact LVIT (linear variable inductive transformer) position sensor from Alliance Sensors can be used in factory automation and industrial applications, including lab testing and packaging equipment.
What's New? An anodized aluminum housing with a diameter of 19mm (0.75 inch), a full-scale linear measuring range of 1-inch to 8-inch stroke lengths, and operating temperatures ranging from -4 degrees to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. Available in axial termination and radial cable exit versions. A larger-body version, LR-27, is for heavier-duty applications.
Benefits Better wear for long life vs. a linear potentiometer, and less costly than a direct-current differential transformer. Four analog output choices offer SenSet field calibration for exact matching of electrical output to mechanical range of movement.
