ReadyMac Erema’s plastic recycling machine can process post-consumer, post-industrial and in-house film, flakes and regrind material from PE, PP, PS, PC and PA 6. A scraper system continuously cleans the screen. Erema said the ReadyMac stock systems built in Austria are available for quick delivery.
What’s new? The introduction of a heavy-duty version, the ReadyMac 500 Heavy Duty (HD), for heavily contaminated post-consumer material. The new model is equipped with an Erema Laserfilter to remove unwanted impurities such as paper, wood, aluminum or unwanted polymers from the plastic melt. The system includes Erema’s TVE technology for degassing after filtration. An SW RTF screen changer system, which was introduced at K 2022, is available for the ReadyMac systems.
Benefits Heavy-duty granulation. Erema positions the ReadyMac 500 HD as a good entry-level system for less than $500,000. Throughput is up to 1,102 pounds per hour. Changeovers or additional equipment are not required when processing different types of materials because Erema’s multi-purpose screw shreds all materials efficiently.
