Vecoplan expands after-sales department

Vecoplan LLC has added several new members to its after-sales department. Mitchell Hall joins the company as its after-sales and service manager, coming to the role with more than 15 years of experience. He has managed call centers and walk-in service centers, risk-management operations and payment operations in both government and the financial industry.

Paula Gates joins Vecoplan as its new service administrator. She has a background in operational and customer service and will be a liaison between customers and the certified technicians who will service equipment at their sites.

Vecoplan has further filled out the ranks in its after-sales department with five new service technicians for in-house and field positions.

Based in Archdale, N.C., Vecoplan manufactures industrial and mobile shredding equipment and recycling systems.
