Eriez names Guenthardt president and CEO

Lukas Guenthardt has been named president and CEO of Eriez. Guenthardt replaces Timothy Shuttleworth, who retired after serving in both of those roles since 2004. Guenthardt joined the Eriez Board of Directors in 2011 and became executive VP of global strategy and development in 2014.

In his new role, he is expected to lead the company into new growth opportunities and expand on his track record of developing business systems for Eriez.   

Guenthardt’s prior experience includes 20 years with K-Tron International Inc., where he served in a variety of executive roles. Eriez, based in Erie, Pa., makes a variety of separation and materials-handling technologies.
