Exair system optimizes compressed air usage
EFC Electronic Flow Control Exair's system for minimizing compressed air use in automated industrial processes pairs a photoelectric sensor with programmable timing control to automatically turn on compressed air only when needed, eliminating waste during production gaps. The compact photoelectric sensor detects objects up to 3 feet away, while the EFC automatically controls the compressed air supply through a fast-acting solenoid valve.
What's new? A redesign that introduces asynchronous timing for greater control over operating cycles. Users can independently control on and off intervals, providing flexibility in matching compressed air delivery to application demands. A revamped exterior allows operators to adjust programming from outside the enclosure, without removing the cover, making setup and changes easier.
Benefits Optimized use of compressed air in applications such as blowoff, drying, cooling, conveying, and static elimination.
